Dr. Estner commented about his new location, which is in the same neighborhood as S.W.A.P. (Stop Wasting Abandoned Property), an organization dedicated to using abandoned property as a means to provide housing for low income families and homeless individuals in the State, by stating "The new location will provide our patients in Providence with a local office for their appointments.
