LATV is a bilingual entertainment and music network that has been in the Los Angeles area as KJLA for 9 years and is available through digital and cable television subscription services. The network features programming with Latino themes and is aimed toward adults under 35.

"I am proud to be part of the nation's first bicultural digital multi-cast television network LATV. The Hispanic population represents 11% of Rhode Island, total population. By 2050 the U.S. Hispanic population will nearly triple representing 1/3 of the U.S. population. I have taken the first step towards understanding my multicultural patients, their backgrounds, interests and hobbies to allow for better and effective clinical case management. LATV will keep me connected specifically to the Hispanic community through their broadcasts, philanthropic events and community presence," said Dr. Estner when asked how he viewed his involvement.

LATV Providence was added as a subchannel to WLWCs digital line-up in July 2010. The channel will be available on local channels through Cox, Comcast and Verizon FiOS. Dr. Estner is happy to offer his support.
