SCION presents: Sound Session 2009 Kickoff Party with DJ Benzi in Xxodus Cafe @ The Providence Black Rep

PROVIDENCE, RI, June 21, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Providence Black Repertory Company in collaboration with the City of Providence and The Providence Mayor, David N. Cicilline anticipates more than 70,000 people for its annual Sound Session festivities. This annual event draws the likes of artists, entertainers, musicians and performers from around the state and country. This year being no exception to a multitude of entertainment, will begin with the SCION Sound Session Kickoff Party in Xxodus Cafe @ The Black Repertory Company, located at 276 Westminster Street in the heart of downcity Providence.

Guests are invited to join in the opening celebration as Scion, TV America, and WBRU 95.5 join together as sponsors for the SCION Sound Session Kickoff Party with 4 DEEJAYS. Featuring world famous party deejay... DJ BENZI! BENZI is known as the "Refixer" for Kanye West and Lil Wayne. Party goers and dance heads alike will also enjoy the sounds of popular deejays including DJ CR "The Beast", THEO "S Class" Martins, and New England Scion's own DJ SKD. All four deejays are sure to keep the crowd electrified with the latest club mixes and TOP 40 hits.
